Returns and Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning that customers have 14 calendar days from the date their order is marked as delivered to reach out and initiate a return or exchange request by contacting us at solivaregoods@gmail.com with their order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, supporting photos or videos to help us better understand the situation; our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible for you, and we’re here to support you through every step of your post-purchase experience — whether that’s answering sizing questions, reviewing quality concerns, or helping coordinate an exchange; if you would like to exchange an item due to sizing or fit issues, we are more than happy to offer a one-time exchange for a different size or similar product, provided that the item is returned in brand-new condition, which includes being completely unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with any tags, pouches, or protective materials fully intact and undamaged — please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchanges, though we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back out to you; we highly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns or exchanges, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit; once an order has been fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded while in transit, and the customer must wait until the item is delivered before initiating a return or exchange request — this applies in all cases, including if the package is delayed in transit due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other logistical factors outside of our control; once the item has arrived, please inspect it carefully upon opening and contact us right away if there are any concerns or problems with your order; for all returns and exchanges, prior written approval from our team is required — any items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted or processed and may be returned to the sender at their expense; for quality assurance purposes and to help us improve our materials and craftsmanship, we ask that you include clear, well-lit photos or short videos of any items being returned due to damage or defects; while we strive to make each product with care and intention, we understand that rare manufacturing issues can occur, and we will always take responsibility for defects where appropriate; with that said, we do not offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing, changes of mind, general dissatisfaction, or subjective expectations around weight, feel, or finish — refunds are issued only in cases where a product arrives clearly broken, damaged, or defective, and in such cases, we will handle the return shipping cost and provide a full refund, replacement, or store credit depending on your preference and product availability at the time of the claim; items that show signs of wear, damage due to misuse, or modification after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances; we deeply appreciate your understanding and support of our small business and independent brand, and we are committed to offering fair, respectful, and responsive customer service every step of the way — if you have any questions about our return and exchange process, sizing guidance, or product care, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at solivaregoods@gmail.com and we’ll be more than happy to assist you personally.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the defect on the item will not be reported within the first 2 days of arrival, we will consider that any damage to the product was not produced by the shipping and was produced by you. Therefore, we will not refund your order.
Return Shipping and Restocking Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items damaged during transit, in which case we will cover the return shipping. We do not apply restocking fees on any items, provided they are returned in new condition along with all accessories in the same condition.
Please note that seasonal items containing words like "Black Friday" or "Christmas" are non-refundable. Additionally, the cost of shipping protection is non-refundable in case of a return.
Wrong address
We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the address is incorrect or if the delivery company fails to locate the address, we will make an attempt to redeliver. Please note that this may result in delays in the shipping time. We strongly recommend double-checking your delivery address to ensure accurate and timely delivery. If the delivery company still can't deliver the order and we are responsible for the issue, we will send the package again which will result in a bigger delay.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If your order is already on its way to you or has been delivered, we kindly ask that you first return the product to us at your own shipping expense before we can process any refund; once we receive and carefully inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will promptly notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined, and if approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days—please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, so we appreciate your patience during this process. In cases where your order has been delayed due to packaging or shipping issues and has not yet arrived, we kindly ask that you wait until the package has been delivered before initiating any return or refund requests, as we are unable to process refunds for items still in transit. If your order has not yet shipped and remains in our possession, you may request a full refund free of charge within the first 24 hours after placing your order; however, if more than 24 hours have passed and you decide to cancel before shipment, a $3 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover the time and resources invested in processing and packaging your order. For example, if you ordered a $50 watch and your total cost, including shipping, was $52.99, and you cancel after 32 hours but before shipment, you would receive a refund of $49.99 after the $3 fee is applied. If the order is already in transit after that 24-hour window, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and then return it to us according to our policies before a refund can be issued. We kindly remind all customers to carefully read product descriptions and select the correct size before placing an order, as refunds will not be granted for reasons related to buyer’s remorse, misunderstanding of product details, or delayed delivery times without first receiving the returned items. Additionally, refund claims citing “Not as described” or “Did not arrive” will not be accepted if the order is still in transit or undelivered. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have yet to receive your refund, please reach out to us at solivaregoods@gmail.com so we can promptly investigate and assist you further. Once your refund is approved and processed, please allow 1-2 business days for the transaction to complete on our end, and we truly appreciate your understanding, patience, and support throughout this process as we strive to offer a fair, transparent, and respectful shopping experience for all of our valued customers.
