We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Our estimated shipping time is approximately 2-3 weeks. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location or unexpected delays.
Tracking Information:
All orders include tracking information, so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
International Shipping:
At this time, we ship to most countries worldwide. Additional shipping fees and delivery times may apply for international orders.

Shipping costs / free shipping threshold may change based on currency exchange rates. Free shipping is applied AUTOMATICALLY to all orders that apply, no exceptions.
**Please double check your delivery address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if you do not receive your order due to mistakes in the provided shipping address.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
When placing your order, please make sure you specify the correct shipping address, as Solivare takes no responsibility for parcels that have been sent to the wrong address.
TRACKING
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will be notified via email or SMS. This will provide you with your courier tracking link. It may take up to 1-5 days for the courier to update it's tracking with relative information on the whereabouts of your order not including weekends or holidays.

CUSTOMS FEES
We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your country’s regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. This includes any import fees for orders sent with Free shipping.
Delays in transit are the sole responsibility of the courier service, unless the delays are caused by the customer (wrong or incomplete delivery address).
